The Grammy-nominated Dutch DJ and producer Armin van Buuren has consistently released quality content for over two decades. The DJ has shown no track of slowing down his impressive career run that’s landed him the number one position in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll five times. So how old is this talented producer? Armin Van Buuren is 46 years old.

In June 2001, Buuren aired the first episode of his mega-hit radio station ‘A State of Trance.’ Over the last 20 years, the radio station has garnered over 41 million listeners, broadcasting to over 100 FM stations and fans from over 84 countries.

Buuren’s career took a turn in 2013 when he became the first solo dance artist to play a completely sold-out show in Madison Square Garden. Since then, he’s toured all over the globe in countless countries and every kind of festival there is.

This year, Armin broke the world record for the highest performance atop the tallest building on the planet and the largest LED screen employed at Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Pulling off this performance showed fans that even though the DJ has been doing this for a long time, he is still thinking of new ways to perform in fashions that have never been done before.

Alongside producing music and performing groundbreaking sets, Buuren created his record label called Armada Music. In the last two decades since the record label was first planned, the label is home to more than 40 sub-labels and has one of the most diverse record labels in electronic music.
