James Hype Stuck in Athens For 3 Days Opens Up About ‘Realities of Touring’

James Hype opened up about how little time he has to be at home while touring and how a UK airport shutdown momentarily put a damper on him.

Time spent at home and a UK airport shutdown were unfortunately timed together for James Hype. He was supposed to be able to have 3 days off from his tour after being away for two weeks playing five shows but “the world had other plans” and that this is the “reality of touring.”

James Hype said that he was excited to hang out with his fiancé Tita Lau, go to his studio, eat real food, and sleep in his own bed but instead was stuck in the Athens Airport for 3 days during the airport shutdown. He added that he can’t complain because he is working his dream job but only feels discouraged when he is tired.

I remember hearing Edm for the first time and thinking I knew this type of music would change my life. I love all genres and the art that goes behind it all. You can catch me dancing to a wide range of tunes.
