Indie Electronic Producers OLAN & QRTR Launch New Duo Project Ahead of Odesza Tour Support

OLAN and QRTR have dropped their first collaboration, “All U Need,” before they set out to tour with ODESZA this summer.

OLAN and QRTR are releasing their first song together, “All U Need” – a striking track with house beats, smooth vocals, and an overall chill vibe. The collaboration is just the beginning for both musicians, as they continue to evolve their styles and craft immersive sets.

The lyrics are emotional and relatable, perfectly matching the instrumental. In regards to the message of the single, QRTR explained, “Thematically, ‘All U Need’ is about breaking out of the loop of being in an environment or a relationship that doesn’t work out and meeting someone that’s open to accepting you as you are.”

Rising indie artist, QRTR, began releasing electronic music six years ago. Using her experience with film composition, she makes layered, deep tracks with sounds that take up the entire space. In “All U Need,” the artist pulls from house rhythms to create an amazing collaboration with OLAN.

OLAN has been gaining success since her debut album, ‘Contra,’ was released on Anjunadeep last year. Her music cannot be defined, as she diving into different genres with instrumental knowledge and beautiful vocals. The producer described her rough version of “All U Need” as “…melodic and cute…” before handing it over to QRTR who added her punchy beats.

The single was released on Foreign Family Collective, ODESZA’s independent record label. This is both of their first releases on the label. From June to October of this year, QRTR and OLAN are supporting ODESZA together on every stop of their tour.
