Paige Lopynski has started a new solo project called jimmi paige.

Bonnie from BONNIE X CLYDE has launched a new solo project – Jimmi Paige. Paige Lopynski, her real moniker, has left a potent mark on the EDM scene throughout her tenure as BONNIE X CLYDE. At this stage in her career, Paige’s decade-plus-long stretch as a DJ has carved out room to explore musical projects at an individual level.

Impressively, but unsurprisingly, Jimmi Paige has lifted the veil on her distinct ability to create music that naturally resonates. Both in lyrics as well as in production, Paige has tapped into a deep-seated, melodic conviction that masterfully justifies this solo move. Paige has authentically found her style by drawing on artists from her youth, like Avril Lavigne, Paramore, and P!NK.

The Virginia native has certainly found the balance of drawing on influences while maintaining individual personality. Paige’s new single, “i adore you.” has demonstrated that point. The charged single is laden with compelling guitar riffs, drum patterns, and strong lyrics that tinge on angst and affection.  

Paige’s other track “rockabye” does justice by showing the depth of her musicality. There are undoubtedly vestiges of her BONNIE X CLYDE era, as production has been infused with EDM-esque beats. The Pop-Rock Solo genre has proven to be a sweet match for the artist.  

While the solo switch has shown Paige’s innate talent, her time as BONNIE has surely given her plenty of insight into the music scene. BONNIE X CLYDE have toured nationally and internationally at a variety of top venues and festivals. Tracks like “Another You,” “Love Is Killing Me,” and “Need Ya” (just to name a few) show why the duo have maintained their popularity.

The duo has played in Electric Forest, Ultra Music Festival, Electric Zoo, and many more. One can only imagine how that immersive experience could have helped shape Jimmi Paige. The horizons are far stretching for this new solo venture.
