BONNIE X CLYDE Share Emotional Breakup Album ‘Tears In Paradise’ After “Falling Out of Love”

BONNIE X CLYDE releases their emotional breakup album: ‘Tears In Paradise’ through the independent label Lowly.

BONNIE X CLYDE releases their debut album ‘Tears In Paradise’ which chronicles a reflection of the artist’s experience after “falling out of love”. This album is the result of a decision made by Daniel Litman and Paige Lopynski to continue making music even after their romantic relationship ended. For them, this album is meant to “represent a moment of growth in [their] lives” and is a beautiful work of art in its entirety.

The album features 10 tracks that show a more ethereal side of the artistic duo. Oftentimes art can come out of heartache and the strength it takes to get through it and this album highlights that fortitude. A piece of each of the group member’s souls can truly be felt in all of the tracks in this fantastical musical creation.

The songs have progressive house elements to them such as in songs like “Chance On Love”, “Another You” and “Love Someone”. These songs and the overall album as a whole signify a shift from the group’s original bass songs to gentle house music. Additionally, the song “Ready For Love” has a provocative tone and lyricism to it that is the perfect going-out anthem.

The last track “The Last Dance” feels like both a song of longing as well as one about a flame going out, which is a theme significant to the album. The artists shared a vulnerable post on Instagram detailing the ebb and flow of their relationship. They shared a message that “LOVE IS REAL” and that they now feel a sense of freedom and excitement for the future.
