III Points 2023 Delivers Blowout Production for 10th Anniversary

Miami’s premier fall festival, III Points 2023, could not help but outdo itself in honor of its 10th year around the sun.

As you enter III Points Miami, there is an overwhelming sense of freedom and levity in the air. Concertgoers try to find their bearings as they traverse the Wynwood streets-turned expansive festival grounds.  First to greet you is the RC Cola stage, where industry icons such as Mau P, Cloonee, and Dom Dolla are ripping pure sexy tech house.

A full-service roller-skating rink, an immersive art exhibit, and a state-of-the-art sound system await you inside the adjoining Mana Wynwood building. Furthermore, the Despacio stage (III Points’ crown jewel) stands in all its glory inside an air-conditioned space surrounded by old-school-looking speakers and disco lights illuminating the crowd. The excitement is palpable as people from near and far revel in the culmination of III Points 2023’s preparations for its celebratory 10th anniversary.

To mark the occasion, this year’s lineup came equipped with some of the most monumental names in the electronic music space to date. From Skrillex to Jamie Jones, to the more elusive German maestro Dixon, III Points 2023 definitely spoiled its fans with an exquisite musical selection. Moreover, the festival was strewn with a variety of top-notch culinary selections and photo opportunities for those during their downtime.

What’s more, III Points is one of its kind in that the event ran until a whopping 4 in the morning on both nights. As a result, fans could groove and share in the beauty of the festival’s accomplishments long past bedtime and straight into afters at Space.

Ultimately, III Points 2023 exceeded whatever expectations I could have had of the festival. Between the open-air concept, the sheer amount of space at the event, and the musical talent, there was no room for improvement. Two thumbs up to all those involved in organizing this year’s edition, and cheers to hopefully many more!

Having grown up just an earshot from Ultra Miami's venue Bayfront Park, it was next to impossible for me not to fall in love with electronic music. My love for music was evidently strong enough for me to write my college essay on festival culture and continue attending Ultra for 10+ years now. I have always had a knack for writing and the power of words, which I continued cultivating through a Philosophy degree in college. Now, I am finishing up law school and hope to merge my passions by working in the music industry. I am an avid traveler and am certainly not afraid to hop on a plane for a music event. My next bucket list items to attend are Tomorrowland in Belgium and ADE in the Netherlands. Though the list could go on forever, some of my favorite artists include Franky Wah, Kevin de Vries, Eli Brown, and John Summit.
