GRiZ Announces New Boutique Event ‘Ursa Major’ on September 22-24 at Pepsi Amphitheater in Flagstaff, AZ

GRiZ has announced his new boutique event, Ursa Major, in Flagstaff, at the end of September complete with three days of camping, art installations, and live music.

As “A Cosmic Campout,” Ursa Major is taking over Pepsi Amphitheater in Flagstaff, Arizona from September 22 to 24. The gorgeous venue is serving as GRiZ’s last curated festival before a hiatus after Ursa Major. Taking time to curate a meaningful festival for himself and his fanbase, he is focusing on “…experience, lifestyle, and music.”

Ursa Major is set to be a chill, purposeful weekend with immersive workshops, art installations, and a genre-bending lineup. Bass producers Off the Trees and Zen Selekta, melodic artists Inzo, and house DJs Justin Jay and Never Dull are throwing down, as well as electro-soul creator Daily Bread.

Freddy Todd, multi-instrumentalist McWavy, and Motifv are also supporting, along with a b2b from parkbreezy and Thought Process. Ursa Major’s lineup includes rising artists like Opiuo and LUZCID and familiar faces like Black Carl!. On the funky side, Denver-based jam band Sunsquabi is also contributing to an uplifting atmosphere.

For ten years, GRiZ has given a lot to electronic music, creating music that breaks boundaries and promotes positive vibes. His path of supporting artists of all forms through space-themed events like Space Camp and Another World has been monumental in the scene.

In his announcement, he wrote, “…my LAST headline/curated GRiZ show for a while is getting announced this week. It’s an intimate venue in a beautiful location and I’m really excited for it. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I think we nailed it [with] this one!”

GRiZ is headlining all three nights of Ursa Major, bringing in his past and present music. Camping under the stars in the beautiful Coconino National Forest for GRiZ’s last event is a monumental way to celebrate what he has built. Tickets for the weekend and limited camping passes are available to purchase here.
