Tchami Prepares to Take Over New York City With The Support Of Upcoming Talent Crog & Boyez

Tchami Has a big week In NYC where he is set to play in an old cathedral then to host afters at Silo in Bushwick with two sets from the upcoming yet talented duo, Crog & Boyez.

Tchami, one of the major names of this generation in house music, is set to have a whirlwind Thursday in New York City with support from new talent, Crog & Boyez. On April 11th, Tchami will play his first set of the night at the Angel Orensanz Foundation, an old cathedral located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Quickly after the show wraps he will have the second show of his NYC portion of ‘The Calling’ tour at Silo in Bushwick.

Hot off the announcement of the return of ‘No Redemption,’ his B2B with Malaa, he will be playing a 2-and-a-half-hour set at the church. Tchami will lead house music fans in a musical sermon before quickly heading to the so-called Times Square of raving, Bushwick. His afters at Silo will be from 10-4 AM and featuring other talented artists as openers and closers.

As mentioned, the supporting talent is Crog & Boyez, along with Damaged Goods (which may be how showgoers feel after a feisty Thursday night). Damaged Goods is a DJ and producer who has been on the scene since 2008. Having collaborated with Steve Aoki, Deadmau5, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Afrojack, and Boys Noise, he is a legend in his own right having signed with Dim Mak previously.

Crog & Boyez are new, fresh, and fun. A duo made up of Chris Rogers (Crog) and Andrew Boyce (Boyez) the pair are equally talented together as they are individually. Teaming up in January of 2023 they closed for Crankdat with a high-energy bass house set. Fast forward to March of 2023, they opened for Hugel at Superior Ingredients Roof.

With some decent acts in their Rolodex and an uptick of recognition, the pair made their Brooklyn Mirage debut in July 2023 when they opened for Gigantic Nghtmre. This cemented them as a powerhouse in the local and regional scene. Following the success of their Mirage debut, they went back to back on New Year’s Eve at Webster Hall, opening for Ship Wrek and Win and Woo. Crog & Boyez are two smorgasbords of musical genres; not sticking to one silo; they have the seamless ability to play house, bass, bass house, wubs, and dubstep with ease.

Independent of each other, the two have some incredible musical achievements. Boyez has played at multiple clubs and venues across the city and has opened for Sonny Fodera. Crog has played frequent marathon late-night pop-up sets, produces his music, and is an Elsewhere Zone One staple. The buzz is building around Crog & Boyez, and they have more shows coming this summer. Tchami knows how to find the right talent to fit the vibe as he tackles the Big Apple stop on his tour.
