Cassian Featured in New Nike Air Max Campaign for First-Ever Brand Partnership

Cassian jams out for Nike’s Air Max campaign, marking the first-ever brand partnership for the Grammy award-winning producer and DJ.

Los Angeles-based mixer, producer, and DJ Cassian has scored his first-ever brand partnership with Nike’s new Air Max campaign. Currently on his largest North American tour yet, Cassian has continued to build on his legacy and push his career to new heights.

Cassian began releasing music in 2009 where he gained enough traction to be noticed by the Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL. He proceeded to help mix the trio’s albums earning multiple Grammy nominations and even winning Best Dance/Electronic Recording with RÜFÜS DU SOL’s ‘Alive.’ Cassian has also worked on countless projects with artists like Anyma, Hayden James, and Vintage Culture.

From his music releases to his work with RÜFÜS DU SOL, Cassian has built quite a reputation for musical talent. One thing that Cassian has not built a reputation for is modeling. Besides his quick stint modeling RÜFÜS DU SOL’s merch, we have not seen Cassian behind the camera lens.

Cassian takes the forefront in his new brand partnership with Nike for their new Air Max campaign. The photoshoot features a Nike-clad Cassian surrounded by an all-white studio with speakers, keyboards, and other musical instruments. The campaign also featured a video of Cassian playing at his workstation wearing Nike’s new Air Maxs’.

Brand partnerships for any artist are a huge stepping stone that can evolve one’s career. In years past, we have seen musicians slowly infiltrate the fashion world. From modeling to being a creative director, the sonic and aesthetic worlds are beginning to blend.

Cassian has taken the music industry by storm with his production and DJ skills. Having worked with major artists on their records and winning a Grammy while he was at it, Cassian has proved his influence on the industry. Now having worked with Nike on their new Air Max campaign, Cassian’s skillset is brought to a whole new audience.
