Spencer Brown Releases Techno EP and Extends Tour with Intimate Performances

Progressive house maestro Spencer Brown spontaneously blesses dedicated fans with his magical touch in the techno realm via diivine records.

Spencer Brown’s techno sound vibrates an ethereal essence that gracefully cascades an energy shift through each singular pore that falls vulnerable to a chilling goosebump. The nonconforming electronic music producer inspires a creative light that allows ravers to freely flow through the spirit of the dance floor with freedom and passion.

While Spencer’s previously released music can primarily be classified under a progressive and melodic house style, he still leads his current creative outlook with an experimental and innovative mind for other genres. His other productions have ranged from techno, trance, and deep house.

Spencer posted on Instagram that he went back to his roots of drumming and focusing on rhythm when creating this three-track techno EP. He described in the video how he went above and beyond to expose how he sampled himself in creating the EP.

The first single off of the techno EP “Reforma” welcomes a looming and haunting tone with dark tribal drums that set the tone for a dark climatic adventure coming ahead. The mysterious abyss of “Polybomba” welcome a steady bassline that balances a groovy equilibrium in the duality of chaos and fun.

Moreover, Spencer Brown invited techno producer Weska to include his own remix of “Reforma” to the album. Weska sure did not disappoint as he included his own house music elements with deeper bass components of techno

Leading with light and gratitude, the Diivine record label owner also decided to extend his tour with intimate performances ranging from Toronto, Chicago, Montréal, and Washington DC. The first show of the diivine extended tour starts on September 23rd in Montreal and makes it to the end in Washington DC.

Spencer’s DJ set is composed of multiple unreleased tracks, undiscovered gems, and must plays. His vivacious energy set a magical tone for a special crowd connection with a talented balance of groove, melody, and bliss. Yoooo, the homies call me Marz. I am a multidimensional Piscean Latina fairy from Miami-Dade County (no, not Florida). Electronic music has allowed me to appreciate the profound beauty that can be found in finding peace within the chaos. Artists such as Rezz, Skrillex, John Summit, Michael Bibi, and Amtrac blend the two seamlessly, creating a harmonious balance that resonates with me whenever I am on the dancefloor. When I am writing about electronic music, I feel this same balance of peace and chaos moving through me - starting in my hips, filling my heart, and radiating out from my soul. The power of music has brought me to this exact moment, and I only desire that you feel the warmth of the sun through my words.
