Charlesthefirst Has Passed Away at Age 25 – [BREAKING]

Police are investigating the death of DJ/Producer Charlesthefirst after he was found deceased on Friday morning at a Nashville hotel. Formally known as Charles Ingalls, the musician was found by a friend who called 911 immediately after discovering the tragedy at 10:28am.

Charles was in the Nashville area as he was preparing for a show on Saturday night at The Caverns concert hall in Pelham, Tennessee. The news broke of his passing on Twitter by the account @LABGRP who wrote: “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce this. Early this morning our beloved Charles Elias Ingalls passed away in his sleep. Amongst many things, Charles was a larger than life presence that deeply moved and affected all who knew him.”

They continued: “A son, a brother, a friend, a poet, and an absolutely brilliant musician. He lived his life with a sense of magic and inspiration that most people only dream of. Charles, we love you more than anything and cannot wait to be reunited with you.

“We promise to honor and cherish you throughout this life and into the next.”

According to Nashville.gov, there was “no evidence of trauma to the body”, and his death will “remain unclassified by the MNPD pending an autopsy and toxicology testing by the Medical Examiner’s office.”

Charles’ death will remain under investigation at this time.

Fans have expressed their deep sorrow over the tragic news, taking to Twitter to share their messages of grief.

“Rest In Peace to a legend. Heartbreaking,” one wrote, while another added: “petition for okeechobee and electric forest to play tribute sets in place of his set so f**king sad about this, rest in peace.”

Charlesthefirst had a budding career in the bass and dubstep community, and he was preparing to go on tour across the US later this month and into the new year.

Three days ago, the producer shared a video from Mexico where he was working on a new “EP” with fellow producer ofthetreesmusic.

We are distraught by this news and are sending all of our love to Charles’ family and friends at this time. He will be sorely missed.
