KAYZO Drops Third Album ‘New Breed’ with Heavy Mix of Rock and Electronic Soundscapes
KAYZO releases a 20-track rock-esque album via Welcome Records to breed ‘the names of the future in electronic music’
KAYZO continues to break barriers and build his valuable credibility as a musical mastermind by effortlessly blending electronic music with a dash of a rock-esque. The buildup of electronic guitar strings meshing into the electronic music space was something no one ever thought KAYZO could recreate after his success with “Last Resort“, which broke the barriers between mainstream electronic and heavy metal.
The groundbreaking artist carries pure intention for ‘New Breed’ by giving creative space to rising artists as ‘the names of the future.’ The featured artists include Ghøstkid; Out; PhaseOne; Aaron Pauley; Banshee; Jiqui; ATLiens; Kamiyada+; Siiickbrain; Poorstacy; Bvlvnce; Blosso; Connor; Cray; De’Wayne; Kala; SpaceMan Zack, Seon.
“New Breed is about the next generation. The turning of a page. The continuing journey of KAYZO and the constant progression of evolution of my sound within the many layers of what makes me who I am, “ says KAYZO. “Pushing myself and others to continue blur the lines of what we know as dance music and what we know as rock. Meeting in this grey area of the two worlds and not knowing what side is what. New Breed is the shedding of the old and celebrating what’s to come.”
Songs like “SHT SHOW” will leave listeners with a broken neck..from both the headbanging and the utter shock of the whole experience. The buildup of the electric guitar’s string effortlessly blends into a nirvana of dubstep, leaving the soul.
KAYZO will be sure to drop this gem of an album on his upcoming New Breed tour. The music pioneer will make his first pit stop on July 2nd in Portland. New Breed Tour will also be making an appearance in major cities such as New York, Boston, San Francisco, Denver, and an Imagine Music Festival appearance in Atlanta. More dates will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
