Tech house hero and Solid Grooves owner, Michael Bibi has found love, maybe the best medicine of all. Michael Bibi, having been diagnosed with a rare lymphoma in early summer, has found love on the beaches of Ibiza amidst the intense treatments he has been ongoing since diagnosis.

Having surprised us all at the DC-10 closing party, Bibi somewhat of a living legend rocked the closing after wrapping up his treatment in the UK. Bibi wrapped treatment, hopped on a plane, and surprised attendees as an unannounced guest.

But, who is Micahel Bibi dating? In comes Sara Bisbe, in a delightful twist of fate. Sara Bisbe is a rising star beach volleyball player from Catalan, Spain. Catalan is coastal and includes the beautiful Barcelona. Bisbe went to college in the States where she played volleyball at Adelphi University in in Garden City, NY. Just a brief train ride from NYC.

After a little bit of normal girl stuff (becoming the FBI and completely checking everything out online), Michael Bibi started liking his new beau’s pics twelve-plus weeks ago. So as it is unsure how the two lovebirds met, it is def not new and seems to have passed the 3 month rule. However, Sara’s proximity to Ibiza makes one think if it could have happened on the beaches of Spain.

Is this, a hard launch? Michael Bibi posted the duo in a sentimental post this week documenting his thanks to everyone who gave him happiness during this summer of treatment. Michael wrote, “Enjoying life… Thank you to everyone who gave me the strength to get here.❤️🙏🏼⏰” Snuck in the carousel of pics, were a few cheeky pics that raised some eyebrows; his head laying on her lap, an intimate dinner, an evening embrace. . . looks like love!

Sarah Bisbe followed up in an adorable fashion with a wholesome reel of the two playing beach volleyball. In the backdrop, a beautiful sunset set to the Spanish pop song, “La Platja” by Stay Homas.
