AMF Touches Down in Techno & Adds Charlotte de Witte to 2023 Lineup

Charlotte De Witte joins the AMF lineup for their tenth anniversary.

AMF, a dance music festival in Amsterdam, made headlines globally when it decided to keep its headliner a secret. With under two months left before the festival, AMF reveals that the secret headliner will be Charlotte de Witte.

AMF is a yearly festival that is the largest and most influential of Amsterdam Dance Event. Hosted by ALDA, Europe’s leading event promoters and producers, AMF will celebrate ten years of providing a platform for dance music’s next superstars. This year’s “The Next Decade Act,” Charlotte de Witte, will share the stage with acts like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack, and Armin van Buuren.

On the choice to make Charlotte de Witte the AMF headliner, ALDA co-founder and CEO, Allan Hardenberg, stated “What we’re seeing now is an artist that is undeniably claiming her space as one of dance music’s biggest stars.” In the past year, the Belgian DJ closed the mainstage at Tomorrowland 2022 and is coming off a groundbreaking performance at Lowlands 2023. Having already left her mark as a dance music superstar, de Witte’s addition to the AMF lineup will be a match made in heaven. 

AMF is known for providing a platform for dance music’s next superstars. This year, they are partnering with TikTok to reimagine content creation and bring the AMF platform to a global audience. As a viewer, you will have the chance to see Charlotte de Witte’s DJ set in addition to one of the last performances of hardstyle icon Headhunterz.

Taking place on Sunday, October 21, 2023, AMF will be kicking off at the Johan Cruijff ArenA with an exclusive pre-show set by Like Mike.
