Trivecta Opens Up About Journey From “Opener to Headliner” in Emotional Post

Sam Dobkin, known by his stage name Trivecta, reflects on countless special moments, incredible people, and great music with a full heart.

Melodic bass wizard Trivecta came forward with a vulnerable heart on Instagram to reflect on his personal growth as a multi-genre electronic music artist. Coming into 2022, the Tampa-born artist set intentions with himself to take the step from being the opener to the headliner. Sam transformed his manifestations into reality by starting as “…a guy with scattered singles to an artist who’s done a proper album and an album tour”. This past year would be the “year to finally establish that there’s something here worth buying into”.

The moving statement from Trivecta encompasses love, grounding, forgiveness, and growth through the lessons and memories made during his psytrance set as Groove Cruise, multiple Ophelia events and stages, Miami Music Week, and getting through moments filled with tension, and stress that were driven with passion and love.

Trivecta continued reflection by sharing “This year established more than anything that I’m so lucky to be living a life where my job is to share music and moments with people. I’m counting my blessings at the end of 2022 because I know this won’t last forever. But right now I’m looking at all the people around me and reflecting on the year with the fullest heart”

Ravenscoon gave Trivecta his utmost support in the Instagram comments with a subtle reminder that Trivecta indeed did that. Surely, Trivecta has been through a whirlwind experience this past year that led him back to his purpose, each time again: his love and passion for music.

Trivecta will be ending the new year at Provenance NYE in Duluth, Georgia awaiting to ring in new goals while being surrounded by those who matter most. You can catch the melodic artist at his upcoming shows.

Yoooo, the homies call me Marz. I am a multidimensional Piscean Latina fairy from Miami-Dade County (no, not Florida). Electronic music has allowed me to appreciate the profound beauty that can be found in finding peace within the chaos. Artists such as Rezz, Skrillex, John Summit, Michael Bibi, and Amtrac blend the two seamlessly, creating a harmonious balance that resonates with me whenever I am on the dancefloor. When I am writing about electronic music, I feel this same balance of peace and chaos moving through me - starting in my hips, filling my heart, and radiating out from my soul. The power of music has brought me to this exact moment, and I only desire that you feel the warmth of the sun through my words.
