Seven Lions Gives Fans First Glimpse of Debut Album with Haunting Single “Every Time” feat. So Below
Producer and Ophelia Records owner Seven Lions, set the tone for his upcoming debut album ‘Beyond The Veil’ with a euphoric and enigmatic new single
Legendary producer Jeff Montalvo, also known as Seven Lions, is highly regarded in the bass community for being one of the prominent pioneers that have paved a foundation over the past decade for the melodic bass subgenre.
Popular projects such as “Strangers” from his 2014 EP ‘Worlds Apart’ remain at the top of his chart as a consistent example of his unique work in the electronic music space.
Through each cryptic Instagram post, the enigmatic producer finally revealed that he will be releasing his debut album ‘Beyond The Veil’ on the 21st of October via Ophelia Records. His new single “Every Time” is an innovative masterwork from the upcoming album that challenges the bass genre style while continuing to showcase his signature revered bass sounds and cascading drops.
The climax of each tumultuous drop in the powerful single inspires pure kinesthetic synergy that opens a space for ravers to either flow through violent headbanging and rage, or cry their eyes out as they silently connect their mind, heart, and body. So Below attributes to Montalvo’s artistic vision in “Every Time” with her haunting vocals carrying the evocative melody and cascading drops.
Furthermore, her euphoric vocals riddles through the bass and in between each note as the body subconsciously releases the intensity of viscous emotions within a creative space of dancing. The Ophelia Records father cultivates his love and passion for the evergrowing bass genre by opening a space where an uplifting frequency of dubstep, trance, and pop could blend into its own unique sound.
The melodic bass pioneer carries his own reputation through the euphoric vibrations he creates space for in each of his riveting sets. With much anticipation on Seven Lions debut album release, it is expected to get some sort of tease of how future sets will go when he teases “Every Time” at North Coast Music Festival, Firefly Festival, and Electric Zoo in September.
