LA-based artist Chelsea De Silva, professionally known as chae, has spent the past few years exploring various facets of her music career. After writing for various genres within electronic music and garnering releases on labels like Monstercat, chae has decided to hone in on her signature sound and pursue a solo career. Pulling inspiration from contemporary R&B and electronic music, chae aims to take the listener on a nostalgic sonic journey with her compositions.
To kick off her solo project, chae embraces an era of self-exploration in an effort to share her most authentic self with her audience. Slated for release later this summer, her debut EP ‘Letter I’ll Never Write’ will serve as the first in-depth project from the blossoming artist. chae has given fans a glimpse of what’s to come with lead singles “Make You”, “On & On”, and her latest single “I Tried”.
