Watch David Guetta Premiere New Production Concept ‘The Monolith’ in Saudi Arabia Desert

Global dancE Icon David Guetta Has unveiled ‘The Monolith’, a visually stunning performance in the historic AlUla desert.

Global superstar David Guetta headed to Saudi Arabia to present his groundbreaking production setup, ‘ The Monolith’. Set in the breathtaking ancient AlUla desert, the iconic DJ and producer played a specially crafted set full of new mashups and edits while a staggering light show illuminated the landscape around him.

The production, supervised by Guetta, Jean-Guillaume Charvet, and Romain Pissenem for Highscream, is centered around a gigantic LED-covered rectangular structure enclosed by a ring of lasers and pyrotechnics. A plume of smoke emerging from the top of the monolith adds to its gargantuan feel.

Considered by many as one of the wonders of the world, AlUla is an ancient Arabic oasis city. It contains a mix of natural wonders and manmade feats including stunning structures carved from stone, gorgeous art installations, and luxury resorts. Its rich history, diverse cultural heritage, and serene beauty captivates visitors, and Guetta himself said “This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in my life.
