Infekt Joins Forces With Bass Music Superstars For His Massive EP ‘Eggie Friends: Remixes’
Infekt has gathered massive superstar bass talent for his mega 18-track EP ‘Eggie Friends: remixes’ out now.
DJ and producer, Infekt has set the precedent for a star-studded EP to make a huge impact on the bass music scene with the release of his new EP, ‘Veggie Friends: Remixes’. The highly-anticipated project revamps the tracks from his recent October 2023 EP, ‘Veggie Friends”.
The sophomore remix album features a dynamic array of bass artists adding their spin on the original 9-track EP. There is a laundry list of artists found on the 18-track mega EP, each a bass legend independently.
Across the 18-track EP, the tracks are bass-heavy, head-banging, and stank facing making remixes from Emorfik, Hamro, Ecraze, Automhate, Decimate, Space Wizard, Sora, Blankface, Samplifire, Riot Ten, Jiqui, Mad Dubz, Bainbridge, Versa, G Syza, Calcium, Jessica Audiffred, and Empty Stomach. There are a lot, and the speakers will break.
Bass Queen, Jessica Audiffred put her spin on “Jiggle Jam,” where the name of the song is almost exactly what it makes the listener want to do. With Jessicas’s unique sound that has catapulted her to the top of the charts in bass music, it is a treat to the ears. Dubstep capo, Riot Ten, also graces the EP with a moody and heavy remix to “Be Kind, Rewind.”
As this EP does not lack creativity, each artist takes the Infekt track and can morph it to encompass their unique sound style while keeping the dignity of the original EP. Jiqui takes “Jiggle Jam,” and infuses it with wobbly wubs contrasting the heavy bass features in Jessica Audiffred’s take on the track.
‘Veggie Friends; Remixes’ comes in tandem with the announcement of Infekt’s 33-date “Veggie Friends” global tour. Infekt will make stops in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. The tour gears to be a bass-laden conglomerate of synergetic sounds to unite the excitement behind the ‘Veggie Friends’ project. Check out the remixes now on all streaming and Spotify!
