DJ DIESEL Shares Backstory on New Collab with Jessica Audiffred

DIESEL and Jessica Audiffred have released their collaboration after teasing the track at Forbidden Kingdom.

Shaquille O’Neal aka DJ DIESEL, has been making waves throughout the music scene since he first decided to jump on the decks. From touring the festival circuit to putting out heavy-hitting tracks, to playing Las Vegas pool parties, DIESEL is definitely making his rounds. This year, he’s preparing his forthcoming album ‘GORILLA WARFARE.’ The upcoming album brims with heavy bass records. In preparation for the release, he launched three singles in collaboration with Hairitage, Crankdat, and most recently, Jessica Audiffred.

DIESEL has teamed up with the “Queen Of Bass” to produce “NO FEAR,” the third single from his upcoming album. The two DJs debuted their track at Forbidden Kingdown festival after DIESEL brought out Audiffred. The instant energy from the crowd proved that the record is ready to be toured throughout the summer season.

Both artists took to social media to go a little more in-depth about the record. Audiffred said: “This was a super special collab for me because I’ve always admired Shaq, he’s a legend, so when he mentioned me on Twitter saying he wanted to do a collab with me I was shocked, I had a track that I’d been working on for a while that I thought of as a festival weapon but it wasn’t quite ready for release, so I sent it to him and he loved it, he added his touch and his vocal which really brought it to life.”

Additionally, DIESEL said the following: “Jessica is a special artist. We first linked up when I tweeted at her asking if she wanted to do a collab. She sent me a track she was working on and I loved it. I threw some vocals on it and had some other ideas and ‘NO FEAR’ was born.”

My name is Sebastian Medina and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ever since I could remember, I have always been in love with dance music. I appreciate all genres and sub-genres but I definitely gravitate towards house and techno. Being from LA I was blessed with an amazing nightlife full of different artists coming in and out of town throughout the years. Some of my favorite artists include Seth Troxler, Michael Bibi, Mr.Carmack, PAWSA, and Folamour.
