RL Grime Wipes Instagram Sparking Rumors of Return to Clockwork Project

RL Grime recently wiped his Instagram and fans were convinced it may be the return of his tribal house Clockwork project, but he had something else in store.

The trap artist once performed another side of music with Clockwork which gained a fanbase of itself but Henry Steinway, the creator of both, has mostly focused on music with RL Grime lately. Although Clockwork did not make a comeback, RL Grime released a new track called “Pour Your Heart Out” featuring rapper 070 Shake.

The new track does explore a softer side of RL Grime as it is about a relationship and an intense feeling of love. You can definitely feel the heartfelt emotion behind the song. The music video artistically goes behind the scenes of the life and love story of a couple.

RL Grimes Return

RL Grime did stir up quite the storm among fans after wiping his Instagram. They took to Twitter to express their excitement over any return and new music from him. One person said: “Lmfao I don’t think you understand I am legit CRYING at the possibility of RL Grime finally dropping an album. I just love Henry too much bro.” Another person said: “The possibility of Henry making another album?! RL Grime stans will be feasting.”

Another person noted that they “miss his presence in the scene” and “excited doesn’t even begin to describe what I feel.” The last time RL Grime came out with his own album was in 2018 with “Nova.” He has released a few things here and there but has not been having huge performances.

Although RL Grime does have a residency in Las Vegas this year at Resorts World’s Ayu Dayclub along with its Zouk Nightclub. He is slated to perform there all summer. Along with Breakaway Music Festival in Kansas City in July and the Breakaway in Michigan in August.

The new release may be the start of a full return from RL Grime and a new chapter. His fans are ready for him to do so. The last time RL Grime released anything with Clockwork was nearly a decade ago and it’s still unclear if he will ever bring anything back with the project.
