Anti Up Teases New Release Ahead of Coachella Performance

Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo’s Anti Up is making a return with a debut coming up at Coachella and a new track under their belts. 

In a thrilling surprise, Anti Up, the dynamic collaboration between Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo, has just unveiled plans for a highly-anticipated new release on Friday, April 5. With the announcement coming just ahead of their scheduled appearance at the iconic Coachella music festival, excitement is high as fans are eagerly for Anti Up’s return.

It appears the new house music track could be called or have something to do with “The Weekend/Control the Media.” Short snip bits of the tracks were shown in a video on Instagram that includes a black-and-white old TV and a keyboard being smashed, along with someone smashing a computer monitor, and catching a laptop on fire. The caption also says “Control The Media. Control The Mind.”

A preview of the lyrics was given in the videos. The lyrics in the tracks say, “F**k my boss and f**k my job. F**k my phone and my alarms. F**k that grind and nine to five. I want to grind on you all night. It’s the weekend” and then it repeats. 

Anti Up made their mark with their debut single “Pizza,” an instant hit that showcased their ability to create catchy and irresistible tracks and become an iconic duo. Some of their other top tracks include “Hey Pablo,” “Concentrate,” and “Right Now.” 

Each of these tracks is a representation of how Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo seamlessly worked together and were a powerhouse collaboration. But since Anti Up burst onto the scene in 2018, Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo, have also been a force to be reckoned soloy in edm and a return of their collaboration is epic.

Chris Lake has continued to dominate the electronic music scene with chart-topping hits like “Turn Off The Lights” and “Stay With Me,” while Chris Lorenzo has captivated audiences with his bass-heavy beats and groovy tracks such as “Hallucinogen” and “Work.”
