Ibiza’s International Music Summit Reveals Programming for 2024

IMS Ibiza announces 125+ speakers including CHLOÉ CAILLET, Honey Luv, Mochakk, Fat Boy Slim, Will Clarke, and more.

The International Music Summit (IMS) in Ibiza has unveiled the comprehensive program for 2024. Scheduled from April 24th to 26th, the 15th edition of this event will unfold at the Mondrian and Hyde hotels. A central focus this year will revolve around the imperative for unity within the dance music community, particularly amidst the fractures brought on by global events. The headline panel, “Rebuilding Our Community: How To Bring Back Peace, Love, Unity & Respect,” will spearhead discussions on this theme.

Resident Advisor will lead a live Exchange featuring Juan Atkins and host a separate talk with Smokin’ Jo, both integral parts of The Brave Space programming— a new addition for 2024 presented by HE.SHE.THEY. Within The Brave Space, “Celebrating The Godfather of House: 10 Years of the Frankie Knuckles Foundation” will pay homage to the legendary house pioneer.

Notable sessions in the lineup include dialogues on addressing the climate crisis in the industry, the evolution of amapiano and Black electronic music, and engaging discussions with artists such as DJ Pierre, Chloé Caillet, Charisse C, and Mochakk. IMS co-host Jaguar will convene a panel featuring Nadine Noor of PXSSY PALACE, Queer House Party’s Harry Gay, and Sydney Blu from CHANGE THE BEAT to explore the dynamics of collectives and how best to support them.

To conclude the summit, a closing party is set for Friday, April 26th, at Club Chinois. Delivering world-class performances during the seven-hour closing celebration at the World UNESCO Heritage Site and former fort, Dalt Vila. This event has earned its iconic status, and rightfully so.

Attendees can expect sets from Franky Wah, Pete Tong, Sasha, Artche, Miss Monique, Jaguar, and many others, will captivate the audience from 5 pm to midnight on Friday, April 26. This will provide IMS Ibiza 2024 with a much-fitting farewell.
