Ganja White Night Addresses Hiatus and Teases New Music

Ganja White Night has taken to Instagram to comment on their hiatus and share new music and upcoming ventures.

Ganja White Night has been relatively radio silent over the last few months after ending their summer tour. The duo has taken to Instagram to share a comment on their hiatus and to shed more light on new music coming fans’ way.

Ganja White Night wrote in their post, “I know it’s been quiet around here lately but there’s a good reason for it. These past few months have really allowed me to recenter on myself. Time to explore and create without thinking too much about deadlines or pressures of any kind. I met a lot of really incredible artists from different horizons, people I would have never thought about working with, and somehow, it clicked.”

Along with sharing snippets of six new tracks, the duo continued to write, “Here is a glimpse of the music I made during these past months. These ID’s are still a work in progress, so they could be very different from the released version. But I really wanted to share these with you and tell you I can’t wait to play them for you all at the upcoming curated events! There’s A LOT more new music too so other posts like this one will follow!!”

The duo has a few major takeovers coming up such as Wobble Rocks and Wobble Coliseum. Accompanying them at Wobble Rocks, happening at Red Rocks, are Eliminate, Joker, Monty, and Bukez Finetz. Their other show’s lineup, Wobble Coliseum, happening at the Hampton Coliseum features Inzo, Levity, and Tripp St on night one. The second night features A Hundred Drums, Tape B, and Ternion Sound, with both nights including sets from Boogie T.rio.

Hey! I'm Shiv! Music is the greatest part of my life, I remember discovering dubstep when I was 15/16 and my entire life was altered - robot noises?? I needed MORE! Now, I live in NYC and have seen over 60 artists of all genres; my favorites being Odesza, Subtronics, Rezz, Griz, Zeds Dead, John Summit and Kaskade. I am an enjoyer of music and will try everything once, I do not discriminate - there is beauty in all genres (minus country). You can usually find me in a warehouse at 4AM because I am nocturnal and will quite literally never say no to a show.

What's your reaction?
