DEF To Bring First-Ever 360 Stage to The Caverns Featuring Barclay Crenshaw

DEF brings Barclay Crenshaw, also known as Claude VonStroke, to debut their new music event, DEF360°

DEF, an Atlanta-based event organizer, has unveiled plans for a unique music event titled DEF360°, scheduled for May 11, 2024, at The Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee. This event marks a distinctive approach by incorporating a 360-degree stage within an underground concert setting, offering attendees a novel, more intimate way to experience compared to traditional live music venues.

The headliner for this event is Barclay Crenshaw, an artist known for his divergent musical style that stands apart from his better-known alias, Claude VonStroke. Crenshaw’s performance is part of his national tour promoting his second album, ‘Open Channel,’ which signifies a return to music after a brief hiatus. The album and tour represent a new direction for Crenshaw, moving away from his established house music background to explore new musical landscapes.

DEF has made a name for itself by organizing events in unconventional locations, and transforming ordinary spaces into engaging environments for electronic music fans. Their approach to event planning focuses on creating unique atmospheres and experiences, which has helped them build a significant following and establish partnerships, including a notable one with Apple Music.

The DEF360° event promises an immersive experience for attendees, featuring a circular stage setup that allows for a more inclusive viewing experience. This layout, combined with the natural acoustics and aesthetics of The Caverns, aims to enhance the overall concert experience. The event will also feature performances by other notable artists such as tiedye ky, The Librarian, Great Dane, and Dublink, contributing to a varied and engaging lineup.

In addition to the unique performance environment, DEF is set to offer exclusive content from the event, including 4K recordings of all sets available on DEF TV and audio releases on Apple Music. This adds an element of accessibility for those unable to attend in person, allowing a wider audience to experience the event remotely.

Overall, DEF360° aims to provide a distinctive musical and environmental experience, combining innovative stage design with a diverse musical lineup. The event’s location, just a few hours’ drive from major cities like Atlanta and Birmingham, along with the promise of exclusive merchandise and content, positions it as an appealing option for electronic music fans seeking a different kind of concert experience.
