Rezz Announces New Album ‘Can You See Me?’ with ‘Heaviest’ Tracks Yet

Rezz has announced the release of her highly-anticipated fourth album, ‘Can You See Me?’ with the “heaviest and most ominous” tracks she has created.

In the initial announcement, Rezz revealed that the album contains some of the heaviest tracks she has made. She has gone deeper into the concept on social media, explaining that she is blending bass music with industrial elements. ‘Can You See Me?’ has been set to release on March 14 with a few singles dropping beforehand.

“I’m like jittering in excitement. Never in my life been so excited [about] a project,” she had expressed after announcing the album. Rezz announced in November that she had decided to change direction and focus on bass music

The album’s first single was released just days after the confirmation, immediately preparing listeners for her latest endeavor. “DYSPHORIA” with Holly gives fans an idea of what is to come for the producer. ‘Can You See Me?’ seems to be taking Rezz’s unique sound to an even darker and trippier level.

Known for her hypnotic mid-tempo music, the artist has recently been channeling inspiration from several genres. Her last EP, ‘IT’S NOT A PHASE,’ is a collection of tracks inspired by goth and punk music. Her collaboration with Subtronics, “Black Ice,” was released in early January, marking the beginning of a focus on bass music.

Although their involvement with the album has not been confirmed, Rezz did tease upcoming collaborations with artists including BLANKE, Illenium, and more. Based on one of her Instagram captions, the unreleased tracks may be coming out after the record drops. Her last album ‘Spiral’ was released in 2022, making ‘Can You See Me?’ an exciting surprise.
