Crssd festival returns on March 2-3 at Waterfront Park in San Diego, California.

On January 8, CRSSD revealed the details of its upcoming Spring 2024 Festival, scheduled for Saturday, March 2, and Sunday, March 3, in San Diego, California. The festival will showcase performances by artists such as Grammy Award-winner Black Coffee, Little Dragon, Sango, Tale Of Us, Armand Van Helden, Dixon, Jeff Mills, Astra Club, Joris Voorn, and more.

Ticket holders can enjoy the festival at Waterfront Park across three concert spaces: Ocean View, The Palms, and City Steps. The event covers a wide spectrum of electronic dance music genres, including house, club, dub-step, trip-hop, and techno. Additionally, the lineup features prominent acts in hip-hop and soul. Although the official flyer lists numerous musicians, the event’s promoter has hinted at additional announcements.

The Ocean View stage highlights the talents of the Italian melodic duo Tale Of Us. They are known for not only their captivating music but also their adept command of visual artistry. Sharing the stage with them are South Africa’s Black Coffee, a source of national pride, and the genre-fluid live act WhoMadeWho. Additionally, the Ocean View stage will feature the diverse live duo Red Axes, Austrian trip-hop pioneers Kruder & Dorfmeister, producer Sango with influences from hip-hop and soul, and the globally renowned Swedish electronic band Little Dragon.

CRSSD’s Palms stage is renowned for its house music and non-stop party atmosphere. This spring, Armand Van Helden and Mochakk headline the stage. The lineup also includes Astra Club, a sought-after duo offering an unexpected range from the avant-garde to energetic underground heat, and Dixon, the founder of Innervisions. British UK garage hero Sammy Virji, minimal tech mastermind East End Dubs, and Beatport’s best-selling Minimal/Deep Tech artist Toman will grace the Palms stage. Sofia Kourtesis, fresh from her highly praised debut album Madres, will also grace the stage.

Moreover, the City Steps stage dedicates itself to techno, showcasing established figures and rising talents. It will feature French stalwart TRYM, a leader in harder-edged artists. He brings a playful blend of warehouse-rattling techno and sweat-soaked hard dance. The lineup continues with Richie Hawtin, a pioneer in dance music culture, alongside fellow electronic producer Jeff Mills. The lineup deepens with Joris Voorn and an electrifying B2B session featuring Héctor Oaks and Tiga, promising excitement.

My name is Sebastian Medina and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ever since I could remember, I have always been in love with dance music. I appreciate all genres and sub-genres but I definitely gravitate towards house and techno. Being from LA I was blessed with an amazing nightlife full of different artists coming in and out of town throughout the years. Some of my favorite artists include Seth Troxler, Michael Bibi, Mr.Carmack, PAWSA, and Folamour.
