Armin van Buuren and HI-LO Tease Upcoming Collaboration

HI-LO and Armin van Buuren have announced collaboration on multiple tracks to be released in 2024. 

Armin van Buuren and HI-LO tease upcoming collaboration after posting a picture from their studio session. Armin van Buuren commented that he is, “excited for everyone to hear what we’ve been making,” regarding the news.

The duo has publicly performed together on a few episodes of Armin’s, ‘A State of Trance’ radio show. Over the past few years, Heldens has been part of his guest mix series where the two go back-to-back in the studio. Armin has been the host of the weekly radio show since 2001. The show is broadcast to nearly 40 million listeners in 84 countries on over 100 FM radio stations.

Most of the comments under the video are from fans wishing for a collab between the two beloved artists. Heldens has appeared on ‘A State of Trance’ three times over the past two years. Based on their mixes together on ‘A State of Trance,’ it is anticipated that the two will heavily focus on techno and trance sounds for their upcoming collab.

A State of Trance’ radio show is known as the epicenter of Trance music. There has been over a thousand episodes and counting which showcase the best of dance music today. The show has won the title of ‘Best Mix Radio Show” seven times and is meant to be an outlet for Trance fans to discover new music. This isn’t the first time the two have been pictured together in the studio together. Last October, Heldens shared a picture of him and Armin in the studio teasing this collaboration. It was last week’s post that confirmed the DJs will be officially releasing music together.

Although there is no mention of a performance from the two DJs, Armin van Buuren and Oliver Heldens will each be playing at Ultra Miami 2024. The schedule has yet to be released so make sure to check out www.ultramusicfestival.com for more information to come.
