Sullivan King to Support Avenged Sevenfold on Tour in 2024

Heavy metal-inspired dubstep producer Sullivan King will join legendary band Avenged Sevenfold for North American tour in March 2024.

Los Angeles-based artist Sullivan King (Keaton Prescott) has been known throughout his career for blending heavy metal and dubstep in his unique songs and sets. This spring, he will be pushing the boundaries of that combination further than ever before. Prescott has announced that iconic heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold will be taking him out on the third leg of their North American ‘Life is But A Dream…’ tour in March of 2024.

The tour will make 16 stops throughout the midwestern and eastern United States and Canada, including shows in Toronto, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, and Raleigh. American metal band Vended will stand in for Sullivan King for the show in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 16th. Pop and metal singer and Youtuber Poppy will also be supporting Avenged Sevenfold on the tour.

In the comments of his Instagram post where he announces he’ll be supporting the tour, Prescott expressed his admiration for the legendary band and appreciation for the opportunity. “Truly this is beyond surreal and an incredible honor,” he wrote. “Avenged Sevenfold has been one of my biggest inspirations and without a doubt I would most likely not be doing what I do now if it wasn’t for their music. Thank you to the entire band and team for the support, can’t wait to kick ass on the road together!”

Fellow dubstep DJs Kai Wachi and Adventure Club hopped in the comments to express their excitement for the news. Friend and collaborator Grabbitz left a heartfelt comment as well: “I’ll never [forget] the conversation we had in 2016 about working with our biggest inspirations some day. We were both nobodies and it seemed impossible, but we believed it would happen. Mine was Nine Inch Nails… yours was Avenged Sevenfold. Congrats brother, this is the next level.”
