John Summit Sparks Collaboration Rumors with Drum & Bass Legend Sub Focus

John Summit’s 2023 has seen collaborations and B2Bs with almost every other DJ and producer in the electronic music scene. John Summit has worked with Dom Dolla, Kaskade, and Subtronics, and in a recent Instagram story, he has been in the studio with Sub Focus.

John Summit has been the name coming out of people’s mouths throughout this entire year. The tech-house DJ and producer has made the public fall for him with his charmingly good looks, relatable personality, and banger DJ sets. The Chicago native’s reach does not stop there as he has most likely worked with another one of your favorite DJs and producers at this point.

In 2023, John Summit worked with Dom Dolla to make the ‘Everything Always‘ event series, did B2Bs with Subtronics and Kaskade, and remixed deadmau5’s classic single “I Remember.” To top it all off, he will be playing his biggest show yet at BMO Stadium on December 16th. With less than a month left before the show, fans hope John Summit is planning something massive for the one-of-a-kind event.

The stage design for John Summit’s BMO Stadium showcase has been teased and has had fans talking. Amid all of this, John Summit took to Instagram stories to share videos of him in the studio with drum and bass legend Sub Focus. The two can be seen playing around on Ableton and has sparked rumors over a potential collaboration.

Sub Focus is an English DJ and record producer who has made a name for himself within the drum and bass genre. He has been producing since the early 2000s with multiple hits under his belt like “Ready To Fly” with Dimension, “I Found You” featuring Hayla, and “Solar System.” Sub Focus also released his third studio album ‘Evolve’ in May, taking inspiration from the 90s music he grew up with.

As the end of 2023 approaches, John Summit has clocked in numerous collaborations and shows. Not stopping there, John Summit shared an Instagram story of himself in the studio with Sub Focus. With rumors of a potential collaboration, the hope of a John Summit drum and bass production is now on everybody’s wishlists.
