To celebrate OceanLab Alias, Above & Beyond and Justine Suissa have presented ‘OceanLab: The Anthology,’ a limited edition vinyl box set. OceanLab has positioned itself in high regard as a seminal dance act in the music scene. Their discography has included ‘Satellite’ (2004) and ‘Sirens of the Sea’ (2008), featuring Justine Suissa’s unforgettable voice and lyrics.

The Anthology box set has managed to grasp the full spectrum of the OceanLab sound, stretching from early 2000s vocal trance classics to brand-new remixes. Music that is sure to be sweet to anyone’s ear. Presented in pristine condition, with fabric-wrapped double slipcase and foil detailing, the box has set high expectations as it comes with four 12” single discs on crystal clear vinyl, a 10” ‘Another Chance’ single disc, and a special Anthology-edition repress of the original ‘Sirens of the Sea’ album.

Poster print, slipmat, a 28-page perfect-bound book with notes from the band, exclusive photos, and sheet music have excitingly been added to the limited-release offering. Anjunabeats, a renowned record label, has announced they will also release a collection of new and catalog recordings across digital platforms. This is a sumptuous opportunity to hear acoustic mixes of four OceanLab records with vocals by Justine Suissa.

The group has shown its dominant footing in music, and this box set has only reignited the fervor of fans. Moreover, Above & Beyond had re-solidified their prominence with two consecutive sold-out nights at Printworks before the iconic London venue closed. Printworks has hosted memorable shows over the years, which makes for no surprise when Above & Beyond joined the fun.

Above & Beyond has played at Tomorrowland and Insomniac festivals as well. Point being that they have blessed fans always with EPs, live shows, and now an extremely unique offer of a Limited Edition Box Set to Honor OceanLab Alias.

Like many others, I often dive into a variety of music genres and explore, as best I can, what resonates while I listen. For me, EDM is a dense subset of music with unique artistry and textured sounds - a facet of melody and tune that I will always investigate.
