Groove Cruise to Make History as Largest Music Cruise Ever with 2025 Edition

Groove Cruise has decided to set sail and make history with their 2025 edition of the party at sea by being hosted on one of the largest cruise ships.

Setting sail on its 20th endeavor this year, Groove Cruise is now set to depart aboard one of the largest cruise ships in 2024, and a even larger ship come 2025. The seafaring festival will be taking over the Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas, one of the world’s largest passenger vessels.

After celebrating the festival’s 20th anniversary, Groove Cruise and Whet Travel will make the 21st year of the festival bigger and better. Come 2025, the ship will accommodate eleven stages and over 15,000 people aboard. The ship will set sail between Thursday, January 23rd to Monday, January 27th, 2025.

Since its inception, Groove Cruise has become and remained a “premier floating dance music festival.” Currently, the festival is one of the largest music cruise events.

The Royal Caribbean ship “Allure of the Seas” will provide festival goers with multiple accommodations beyond music. There will be full-service spa and fitness rooms, as well as aqua parks with thrilling water slides and a FlowRider surf simulator.

The spa center is not the only neighborhood on the ship, there will also be a central park area with real trees and an open-air ambiance which includes a zip line 10 decks above the ship’s boardwalk, and an ice skating rink. There are seven total neighborhoods on the ship providing the passengers a unique experience.

Groove Cruise Miami will sail to Labadee, a beachside town located on the coast of Haiti. The town was previously chosen as a favorite destination amongst prior captains due to the stunning nature surrounding the beach. It features coral reefs, bright sands, and blue water which created the perfect destination for a beachside kiki.

2024’s lineup is filled with mega names such as John Summit, Deeper Purpose, Diplo, and Max Styler. The lineup will not drop until after the 2024 rendition of the festival, but until then check out the lineup of this year.

Hey! I'm Shiv! Music is the greatest part of my life, I remember discovering dubstep when I was 15/16 and my entire life was altered - robot noises?? I needed MORE! Now, I live in NYC and have seen over 60 artists of all genres; my favorites being Odesza, Subtronics, Rezz, Griz, Zeds Dead, John Summit and Kaskade. I am an enjoyer of music and will try everything once, I do not discriminate - there is beauty in all genres (minus country). You can usually find me in a warehouse at 4AM because I am nocturnal and will quite literally never say no to a show.

What's your reaction?
