Charlotte de Witte Partners with Don Julio for CHARLOTADA Event at ADE

Belgian techno queen Charlotte de Witte is launching a spicy collaboration with Don Julio Tequila just in time for ADE 2023.

In anticipation of her upcoming EP release ‘Power of Thought’, Charlotte de Witte has cooked up quite a tasty promo event. Specifically, the KNTXT label owner is debuting a flavor-blasting experience called “CHARLOTADA” at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).  Accordingly, festivalgoers can visit “Tacos, Tequila and Techno” and celebrate De Witte’s newest partnership with Don Julio Tequila.

From October 19th (the EP’s release date) until October 21st, the Theater Amsterdam will host the CHARLOTADA experience. Here, you can indulge all your senses as you pair your food and drink with a musical dopamine boost. Ultimately, the “Tacos, Tequila and Techno” trifecta offers something for everybody – especially those seeking a high-energy experience.

Depending on your mood, CHARLOTADA offers both a day and a night portion of its collaborative event. For those looking for a chiller atmosphere, KNTXT Pop-Up Shop will feature tacos and tequila cocktails plus access to merch – both old and new. Additionally, fans can also visit the KNTXT Turbo Club at night for a jam-packed live music session. The nighttime KNTXT Turbo Club will enjoy exhilarating sets from names familiar to the KXTNT family, such as Alignment, ONYVAA, Chris Liebing, Trym, and more.

Charlotte de Witte possesses an uncanny acumen for producing hypnotic beats and sexy driving basslines. The three tracks on her new EP – “Power of Thought”, “Pria”, and “Abada” are certainly no different. Furthermore, De Witte specifically expressed a desire to channel deeper emotions and evoke a “meditative trance” on the dancefloor with this new release.

Having grown up just an earshot from Ultra Miami's venue Bayfront Park, it was next to impossible for me not to fall in love with electronic music. My love for music was evidently strong enough for me to write my college essay on festival culture and continue attending Ultra for 10+ years now. I have always had a knack for writing and the power of words, which I continued cultivating through a Philosophy degree in college. Now, I am finishing up law school and hope to merge my passions by working in the music industry. I am an avid traveler and am certainly not afraid to hop on a plane for a music event. My next bucket list items to attend are Tomorrowland in Belgium and ADE in the Netherlands. Though the list could go on forever, some of my favorite artists include Franky Wah, Kevin de Vries, Eli Brown, and John Summit.
