Snails Shows Off Incredible Transformation Photo Amid Ongoing Sobriety Journey

Dubstep Artist, Snails has shared his progress along his health and sobriety journey with his fans on Instagram.

The dubstep artist, Snails has been rather open about his journey to sobriety over the past year. By sharing his progress as well as well as being vulnerable regarding his growth as a person, Snails seems to be proud of himself and his progress, and so are we.

Snails wrote in his Instagram post, “11 months sober 80 pounds down 3 years of therapy. Thank you everybody for always supporting me it goes and went a long way.” A humble king.

Looking proud and standing tall, Snails was hyped up in the comments by his fans and friends alike. One commenter, @bluelittlerae, summed it up perfectly, “We love seeing people healing and becoming their best version of themselves!!! 🖤🖤” Hot off a big week, Snails is proving that to be true.

Last week, his song with Skrillex and Diplo, “Holla Out” which was featured on the Jack ü album many moons ago went Platinum. Snails said that this song changed his life forever and that it is crazy to see it still doing numbers today! This goes to show good things go around and come around.

This is not Snail’s first time opening up about his sobriety journey. He took to social media a few months ago to share a life update where he also spoke about his personal endeavor to get healthy. He wrote in that post, that getting sober changed his life for the better and showed him so many new things to experience.

Sobriety helped him enter into a better place in his life and he is continuously grateful for the support of fans, friends, and artists he has received during some pretty major life changes. In 2018, Snails went sober for a week, so the massive milestone of 11 months is amazing. Congrats to Snails!

Hey! I'm Shiv! Music is the greatest part of my life, I remember discovering dubstep when I was 15/16 and my entire life was altered - robot noises?? I needed MORE! Now, I live in NYC and have seen over 60 artists of all genres; my favorites being Odesza, Subtronics, Rezz, Griz, Zeds Dead, John Summit and Kaskade. I am an enjoyer of music and will try everything once, I do not discriminate - there is beauty in all genres (minus country). You can usually find me in a warehouse at 4AM because I am nocturnal and will quite literally never say no to a show.

What's your reaction?
