Skrillex Collaborates with Peekaboo, G-REX, and Flowdan to Deliver OWSLA’s First Release in 3 Years

SKRILLEX, PEEKABOO, G-REX, AND FLOWDAN come together to drop their long-awaited record, “BADDERS”.

It’s official, the highly anticipated trap record that has been circulating festivals is now here. PEEKABOO has just released his latest track, “Badders”, which is out everywhere via OWSLA. This record comes as a massive collaboration featuring the likes of Skrillex, G-Rex, and Flowdan. This is by far one of the biggest records and collaborations this year.

If you’ve seen any of these incredible artists live you’ve definitely heard the track being teased throughout the summer. Skrillex has been on a festival tour and played the track at almost every stop including Elements, and Movement. A couple of days prior to the release of the record, PEEKABOO teased the release date via his Instagram. He showed clips of himself alongside G-Rex, Skrillex, and Flowdan in the studio wrapping up the finishing touches.

While each producer gives their own flare and style to the track, all of the incorporated elements stand out from the drums, kicks, synths, and vocals. While the record hits heavy and instantly charters energy from the crowd, Flowdan, and his lyrics give that nitty gritty U.K. vibe that fans can’t get enough of. It’s records like these that can make a whole dancefloor bounce without worry.

PEEKABOO spoke about the record and stated – “G-Rex, one of my best friends, was going through some personal hardships, so I invited him to Detroit. I thought we could channel that emotion into our music, and that’s when we created ‘Badders.” He continued “Working with Flowdan was an incredible experience; he’s such a wizard at creating lyrics… The same goes for Skrillex; he genuinely cares about music.”

Be sure to stream “Badders” out now on all major streaming platforms, and be on the lookout for this track at a show and festival near you.

My name is Sebastian Medina and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ever since I could remember, I have always been in love with dance music. I appreciate all genres and sub-genres but I definitely gravitate towards house and techno. Being from LA I was blessed with an amazing nightlife full of different artists coming in and out of town throughout the years. Some of my favorite artists include Seth Troxler, Michael Bibi, Mr.Carmack, PAWSA, and Folamour.
