Watch Grimes Levitate on Stage at Tomorrowland with Anyma’s Afterlife Visuals

Grimes EnChants the Tomorrowland Crowd by Seemingly Floating in the air during Anyma’s Set at the Afterlife Stage last weekend.

Grimes, the Canadian artist, brought an ethereal vision to life at the Afterlife stage at Tomorrowland last weekend. Grimes, somewhat of a celestial being herself, mesmerized the crowd and transcended the boundaries of reality by seemingly floating in the air during Anyma’s set.

Grimes’ mesmerizing performance happened as she took the stage amidst an electric atmosphere as the Anyma and Grimes’ new single “Welcome to the Opera” dropped. The mix of the sounds, the visuals, and the experience was already displaying otherworldly energy, only to be experienced at the legendary festival, Tomorrowland, held in Germany.

The easily recognizable Afterlife visuals served as the backdrop, the stage transformed into a portal to another dimension or dreamscape. As the opening chords of “Welcome to the Opera” resonated through the air, Grimes seemed to levitate, effortlessly rising above the stage. Bathed in an ethereal glow, she moved with grace, as though gravity no longer pertained to her. The core work this must have taken puts our workouts to shame. Truly it seemed she had tapped into some hidden strength.

The famed Afterlife visuals danced around her like a cosmic realm filled with alien-like energy. Being held and supported by some other life form, the visuals, ever-changing created a cosmic ballet of celestial bodies swirling. Congress just alluded to aliens being real, is Grimes one of them?

Festivalgoers were left spellbound, their eyes locked on the surreal spectacle unfolding before them. Gasps of awe and wonder echoed throughout the festival grounds. The set was more than just a show, it was an immersive experience of wonder.

Known for their enchanting and haunting visuals, Afterlife exceeded all expectations in the Anyma and Grimes collaboration. Tomorrowland attendees are beyond lucky they were able to see Grimes levitate on stage while being bathed in Anyma‘s Afterlife-produced visuals. The grace and power of music, art, and human imagination, left an indelible mark on the extraterrestrial souls of all present.
