Shiba San Touches Down at Futuristic Entertainment Venue Otherworld in Ohio

Shiba San had a fantastic performance at futuristic entertainment center Otherworld in Columbus.

Otherworld is an event center with a fully immersive experience filled with colorful art installations and tons of rooms that have a psychedelic-like surprise in each. Shiba San graced the venue with his sonic style on Saturday, July 8, in Columbus, Ohio.

The show started off right with opener Nautik who got the dance floor grooving right away. When Shiba San came on, he performed for about 2 hours and had everyone vibing the entire time. His bass-heavy tech-house music correlated perfectly with the feel of the event center.

Shiba San played some of his classic songs including “Okay,” “Ba Da Bam,” “I Wanna – Tchami Remix,” “All I Need,” “Freedom,” and “Let’s Go Dancing.” While also playing some dance music favorites like “Take It Off” by Fisher and “Innerbloom” by Rufus Du Sol. Shiba San has a uniquely eclectic sound that makes you feel the music deep in you and is recognized for always getting the crowd to go wild.

The dance floor of Otherworld is a truly magical feeling. There is a massive tree in the middle of the floor that is decorated with shimmering lights and the leaves of the tree cover the entire ceiling. The leaves are also made of a reflective material that makes the entire space sparkle.

The walls surrounding the dance floor at Otherworld are cave-like and made of rock to make it feel like you’re really in another world too. The rooms in Otherworld consisted of walls full of mirrors, mazes, and glow-in-dark decorations. It made for the perfect place to grab a cool trippy picture and experience a Shiba San show.

Shiba San is currently touring with his record label Basement Leak. Catch Shiba San at his next shows. He will be headed to Tempe, AZ, on July 21, Los Angeles, CA, on July 22, Salt Lake City, UT on August 4, Seattle, WA, on August 5, Philadelphia, PA, on Aug 25, and Tucson, AZ, on November 10 for Dusk Music Festival.

I remember hearing Edm for the first time and thinking I knew this type of music would change my life. I love all genres and the art that goes behind it all. You can catch me dancing to a wide range of tunes.
