After marrying in 2013, the former couple had a daughter, Rainbow Aurora (age 10 in 2023), and a son, Forest Leonardo (age 6 in 2023). In September 2018, the two filed for divorce and have been separated ever since.

Rainbow is Pasquale and Holly Madison’s first-born child together. She regularly vlogs her life on Tik Tok and sometimes recently included Pasquale in one of her videos.
