Lee Foss Admitted to Medical Tent at Electric Forest for Five Hours

Lee Foss took a trip to the medical tent at Electric Forest due to dehydration and heat complications.

The house techno artist made a post on Instagram following Electric Forest to share his medical tent experience with fans. Less Foss said he woke up in the steaming hot bell tent (where the artists stay) on Thursday afternoon of the festival. This led to him spending five hours in the medical tent to rehydrate and cool down.

Lee Foss said that he was so thirsty that he was having bizarre dreams of chasing the Kool-Aid man when he woke up in the hot bell tent. The bell tents do not have air conditioning and it can get pretty hot during the day at the Electric Forest campground.

The medical tent trip did give him a scare that he was not going to be able to perform his five scheduled sets for Electric Forest. Lee Foss said for a moment he thought he was going to have to go to the hospital. But through the power of keeping positive thoughts, he was able to push through.

People were shocked that artists do not get AC at Electric Forest and also noted how extreme the heat can get to back up Lee Foss’s medical tent experience. One person said: “Those artist bell tents are so f****n hot there. No Fans / no AC was so brutal our crew almost died one year.” Another person said: “What?! How do the DJs not get ac?!”

Although fans also did take to the comments with gratitude that Lee Foss’s health ended up being good enough to perform at Electric Forest and gave major love for his sets. One person said: “Glad you made it through the madness! Loved you at get funky brother!” Another person said: “You killed it at forest.”
