RÜFÜS DU SOL Finally Release Live Version of Grammy-Nominated “On My Knees” from The Gorge

The admirable group, RÜFÜS DU SOL, releases a live version of fan favorite, ‘On My Knees’ live, performed at The Gorge Amphitheatre. 

Ever wish you could just hear that euphoric sound an artist performed for you live just one more time? RÜFÜS DU SOL may have just answered their fans’ wish with their latest release.  On December 20th,  RÜFÜS DU SOL finished off their most aspiring year with the release of the live version of their Grammy-nominated single ‘On My Knees’. The track by RÜFÜS DU SOL, ‘On My Knees’ Live, was captured during the one of artists’ largest sold-out performances at the gorgeous scenic Gorge Amphitheatre in October. 

This release of the live version truly plays as a celebration of the band. This year RÜFÜS DU SOL not only got one but two 2023 Grammy nominations which are worth quite the celebration. The band received nominations for both Best Dance and Electronic Recording, which is a category that earned them their first Grammy win earlier this year, and their album ‘Surrender’ was nominated for  Best Dance and Electronic Album. Alongside these incredible nominations, the artists received other notable awards in 2022. They also earned their fifth ARIA win for Best Produced Album just last month. 

This year showed RÜFÜS DU SOL is an artist not to miss. The band took to the road in 2022, ultimately reaching new heights for 2022, on their ‘Surrender’ tour. The band performed at an abundance of remarkable venues where fans sold out to hear these top-notch artists perform. Ultimately, RÜFÜS DU SOL connected with the lives of fans globally. They performed at places like The Gorge to the Hollywood Bowl, and Red Rocks to New York’s Forrest Hill. Then continued internationally in Vienna, Prague, Berlin, Cologne, and many other European headlining events. 

As the end of the year approached, RÜFÜS DU SOL chose to conclude their tour with a hometown series of shows in Australia & New Zealand. The group was welcomed with warm open arms by sold-out crowds in Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth over the duration of six weeks. With the conclusion of 2022, the band looks forward to its future. In 2023 fans can look forward to new music from the group. As well as the return to  RÜFÜS DU SOL curated festival, Sundream, debuting at a new location in San José del Cabo, Mexico in May 2023.

The future holds a lot for  RÜFÜS DU SOL. One can only imagine what this preeminent live-electronic act has in store for us in 2023 and beyond. But with the way they have thrived throughout the years, we are sure of one thing. The path they are on will include global admiration and dedication to the craft from RÜFÜS DU SOL.
