SG Lewis Delivers Euphoric Evening at Portland’s Roseland Theatre

SG Lewis performs at the Roseland Theatre in Portland, Oregon for the final stop of his North American tour with support from Mindchatter.

SG Lewis and Mindchatter both delivered a special performance at the Roseland Theatre in Portland, Oregon this month. The Roseland Theatre is a historic building in downtown Portland, which was previously a church now transformed into a concert venue. The venue holds a large dance floor and a balcony area for the 21 and up patrons.

SG Lewis began his North American tour in Boston in early October of this year and had his final tour stop in Portland. Mindchatter was the supporting act on more than half of the tour stops around the country. The two made the perfect pairing for a night of dancing and gave their all for their last show of the tour.

Mindchatter played a heartwarming performance with his soothing vocals and unique music. The producer performed with his laptop and a percussion pad as well as live instruments such as the piano. He played many of his songs including “Human Shape” and his rendition of “Young Folks” which is out now on all streaming platforms (yay!)

Throughout his performance, Mindchatter gave fans heart palpitations with his sweet dance moves. Anyone who walked into the performance not knowing the producer walked out with a new favorite artist. Throughout the show, he showed off his kind smile and at the end received thunderous applause from the attendees.

Next up SG Lewis joined the stage with his live band and kicked off the night with his song “Infatuation” which was just released two months ago. The stage setup was perfect and featured many colorful lights to reflect the energetic tone of Lewis’ songs. Each of the performers in the band and SG had their own space and featured instruments such as guitars, drums, bongos, and two other live vocalists. The night was full of excitement and lovely moments as friends and couples danced the night away.

SG Lewis finished his North American tour but will be going back on the road next Spring for his UK and European tour stops. In other news, SG Lewis announced recently on Instagram that his next album ‘AudioLust & HigherLove’ will be released on January 27th.
