Mize Says He’s Ready to Create his First Album with Potential Side Project

Bass producer Mize reveals that he is working on his potential side project and teases fans with new house music.

Alabama-born DJ, bass producer , Mize has just teased on social media that he is ready to delve into his potential first side project. Sharing a tweet with the exciting news, Mize revealed that he now feels “comfortable enough creatively to write an album”. Fans of Mize, you are in for a treat!

Following this announcement, he went on to candidly share personal revelations of his thoughts and emotions. “You know when you wake up early in the morning on accident and you can’t go back to sleep”. Describing this as “random rabbit holes” that triggered his inspiration for this new project, Mize also added that he has indeed “enough house to start a side project”.

Since a decade ago, Mize has been diving into the music production space and created the his moniker to honour his late grandmother and channel his focus on bass production. His music has continued to inspire the electronic music space with clever fusion of ambient downtempo, melodic dubstep and a clear hip hop influence. 

Although Mize did not reveal the release date for his project, fans can undeniably expect to be gifted with his ever unique and psychedelic blend of stellar production. His latest EP ‘Late Apex’ features six outstanding sonic offering, each taking the listeners through an enjoyable voyage into his personal journey and distinct production capabilities.
