DIPLO SUES EX-LOVER FOR CONTINUED HARASSMENT AND REVENGE PORN – [READ]

Diplo turns to legal action to fire back at ex-fling who originally accused him of conducting revenge porn and is now suing her for various counts of harassment.

Over the course of the last several months Thomas Wesley Pentz, better known as Diplo, has been trying to clear his name of grooming and revenge porn accusations from a former fling. He has denied these claims from the beginning and is now suing his ex-fling for stalking, trespassing and distribution of explicit media.

Diplo’s brief relationship with the defendant, “Shelly” Auguste began in 2019 and ended in 2020 on bad terms. He claims that Auguste flooded his inbox with 44 messages including videos and voice recordings while simultaneously creating fake social media accounts to send sexually explicit content to people of his inner circle.

The claims go even further to suggest that Auguste was harassing Diplo’s former partner and mother to his first two children, Kathryn Lockhart, with explicit and racist messages. According to the newly filed court documents, Auguste would even show up to his house unannounced stalking him to the point Diplo was forced to sell his house.

Back in December “Shelly” Auguste initially filed for a restraining order against Diplo, but since has claimed they settled on a “mutual private order/agreement” between the two of them. Stay tuned with Exron Music to catch more updates as this he said/she said story continues unfold.
