Illenium reveals a dystopian music video for “Hearts on Fire” alongside three remixes from Timmy Trumpet, Lucas & Steve, and Bassjackers

Not too long ago, Illenium teamed up with Dabin and Lights to give us the gift of a brand new wistful single, “Hearts on Fire”. As his third single of the year, Illenium decided to treat fans on Christmas Day with this heartwarming track, which showcases the signature delicate and emotive sounds of the melodic bass synths by both Illenium and Dabin, combined with Lights’ gentle vocals.

The talent of these three artists combined ignites a fusion of bitter-sweet emotions that is awakened by the heartfelt lyrics and melodic soundscape. Not only does the melodious structure of the track completely stir your soul, but the lyrics tell a story about the up and downs of a relationship, including the complexities that lie in interpersonal romantic relationships.

This track was released via 12Tone Music and has quickly amassed well over 7.5 million streams. With much fascination and fondness channeled towards the song, Illenium decided to unveil the music video to this heartfelt song directed by Caleb Mallery, where the emotional rawness of the song is truly captured by the conceptualized aspects in the music video.

Not only were we rewarded by the grand release of the music video, but alongside the video release comes various remixes of the song. The remix pack includes a remix from Timmy Trumpet, released on January 15th, Lucas & Steve remix, released on January 22nd, and finally, Bassjackers remix that will be out on February 5th.

Since joining alongside 12Tone Music, Illenium has released three singles including “Hearts on Fire”.
